It's up to you whether it is worth it to make inteen work in your game - feel free to ask if you have any other questions about it or about conflicts with it. Some conflicts are simple, just TTABs/TTAs which you can make compatible yourself in SimPE but BHAV conflicts with inteen are often unresolvable (though you can just let another mod load last to override inteen's functionality, I do this with some of Lamare's mods without a loss of inteen functionality as the overriding mod does what inteen does with the BHAV and more, you just need to know what the mod is doing and what it overrides). Many mods will have an inteen compatible version though it's less common nowadays for creators to be willing to make them (eg.
I am an inteen user though and probably always will be, I don't find it that hard to manage and I use over 1000 other mods with no issues. For some people, these conflicts are too great and they prefer to use other mods. Unfortunately, the way Inteen was made was quite complex (at the time we didn't know how easy it was to make a teen pregnant so Jase basically turned them into adults while pregnant) so as a result it conflicts with many other mods. There are other teen pregnancy mods - Jenflower's woohoo teens, Wild Child, S2L's version - but they are just teen pregnancy mods while Inteen is a massive mod with a lot of other functionality (including miscarriage, fertility, YA pregnancy, full support for YA families in uni, birth control, same sex pregnancy, adult teens, probably many other things I can't think of off the top of my head).
They seem to be in the same folder now though so it might not be missing but if it is and you want it, let me know and I'll upload it somewhere. Note that the same sex pregnancy flavour pack was missing from one of the Downloads (think it was the UC one, while the apartment life one had it). You want to go to Jase439/Inteen/Your latest pack (AL if you have all of them). The site that hosted inteen, Simbology, is gone, but all their mods have been archived on SFS here.
